"Very close to the metro. Clean and tidy we enjoyed our four nights stay and it was a good base to see the city. The host was very quick to answer any questions. Having use of washing machine was great after a spell of touring. There is shopping centre right next door we everything you could need."

"For Paris standards, it is a very spacious apartment. The Location has great access to public transport and the convenience of full sized supermarket right next door is not to be underestimated on bad weather days. The host is very responsive to enquiries and was very accommodating in regards to requests."

"Two out of the three nights that we stayed, there was no hot running water. It might have been just our luck or a sign of the general age and condition of the building. Either way, there's nothing the host could do about it."

"Very practical and convenient lodging, complete with kitchen and laundry facilities. Fantastic supermarket next door which provides everything one needs. One can have all meals self-prepared and save a bundle. Feels just like home if you are a condo dweller from the Far East. Beds clean but a little makeshift. The owner is responsive and sorts out problems quickly. Might not be up to expectation if one is looking for a dreamy Parisian experience in a chic neighborhood."

"Bonito loft com espaço bem utilizado, ótimo aquecimento, prédio com elevador e perto do metrô, janela com vista, máquina de lavar roupa no apartamento, ótima mini cozinha, sofá."

"Localização não é a melhor, pois não tem bons restaurantes perto e nem os principais.pontos turísticos, tem que pegar metrô, mas tem supermercados e o metrô são muito próximos. A cama não é muito confortável, mas dá p dormir."

"Łóżko tylko z opcją wysunięcia dolnej części. Mnie to nie przeszkadzało bo byłem z mamą ale mieszkanie jest na tyle małe, że nadaje się tylko dla dwóch osób. Rodzina z dzieckiem lub dwoma może mieć już kłopot z miejscem do spania. Jeśli ktoś wybiera się na weekend z partnerem, to nie będzie możliwości spania w jednym łóżku. Dla osób lubiących TV - brak programów telewizji kablowej, Jest nieduży smart TV - można się zalogować do Netflix albo czegoś podobnego. Malutka toaleta, która może być wyzwaniem dla dużych osób. 14 piętro - to informacja dla osób, które nie lubią wysokości. Sam budynek i klatki schodowe nieco zużyte ale nie jest najgorzej. Jest pralka, z której nie skorzystałem ale nie wiem czy znalazłbym miejsce na wysuszenie prania."

"La ubicación es estupenda, porque cerca de tres paradas de metro de diferentes líneas, lo que permite moverse cómodamente por Paris. Al lado del edificio hay un centro comercial con supermercado, por lo que se pueden hacer compras cómodamente. El apartamento está muy nuevo y limpio, tiene un armario grande y permite alojarse a dos personas cómodamente. Dispone de lavadora y lavavajillas, lo cual no es habitual."
